Comfort and clean.
10.0The hotel is away from the hustling bustling shopping area, but within 10 minutes walk through a residential area to Huagiang North, which could be nice for people who likes quieter area. Hotel is very modern and clean. Staffs are courteous . I stayed in a standard room, which was very spacious and comfortable.

8.0Fantastic Design & Great Location, but Needs Some Improvements I recently stayed at HUI Hotel in Shenzhen, and I must say the design is absolutely fantastic! The ambiance is both cozy and stylish, with a beautifully designed lobby that sets the tone from the moment you step in. The corridors are sleek and modern, and the terrace bar offers stunning views over the Futian area, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, providing great comfort. The restaurant for breakfast also has a nice view, making mornings more enjoyable. Location-wise, it’s perfect, just 200 meters from the MRT, making it very convenient for getting around. Facilities like the pool, spa, and gym are well-equipped, The breakfast is very good, but there’s still room for improvement to match the overall high standard of the hotel. In general, maintenance could be better. Attention to detail is crucial to keep the property as stunning as it was on day one. Additionally, being an international hotel, the staff should improve their English skills to better cater to international travelers. Overall, HUI Hotel is an awesome place to stay, but with better upkeep and service improvements, it could truly reach the level it deserves.
超级差劲的入住体验
2.0非常差！！！！！ 一进房间就有很大的异味，疑似夹杂海鲜和潮味，同时房间昏暗，灯光控制很差很差，灯光永远只能开一半导致房间不管什么时候都是暗的，整体色调并不像他们宣传图那样有格调，很古板老旧。 窗户很小，而且无法开启和通风，导致房间异常闷，且房间内部AC系统超级差劲！！！ 早餐样式特别少，而且超级难吃，唯一能吃的就是成品的包子，都不是手工包的，饮品也很难喝； 入住时告诉我们酒要收费，其他都免费，但是啤酒和其他饮料都一起放mini bar里面，我们以为是外面红酒要收费，minibar里面根本没有费用标识，也没有水单，退房才告诉我们啤酒也要收费。 体验真的很差劲👎 就房间和服务而言三星级酒店都比不过，全季，维也纳之类的都比她好很多
