Sehr freundlicher Empfang … Zimmer sind klein, aber alles ist da. Frühstück war sehr gut.

− The access to the room was the main issue. It was located outside the main hotel building and could only be reached directly from the public sidewalk. It felt very unusual and did not give me any sense of security, especially since I was travelling alone with two children and had our luggage and passports in the room. This was made worse by the fact that the hotel is located near the central railway station, in a particularly busy and noisy area. The room had large glass doors and windows facing the street, which reduced our sense of privacy. We had to keep the curtains closed all the time, as we could not open them without being fully visible from outside. Overall, this room did not resemble the photographs shown on the hotel's website at all. - Der Zugang zum Zimmer war mein größtes Problem. Das Zimmer befand sich außerhalb des eigentlichen Hotelgebäudes und war direkt vom öffentlichen Gehweg aus zugänglich. Das empfand ich als sehr ungewöhnlich und überhaupt nicht sicher, insbesondere weil ich allein mit zwei Kindern reiste und sich unsere Koffer mit den Reisepässen im Zimmer befanden. Hinzu kam, dass sich das Hotel in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs befindet – in einer sehr belebten und lauten Gegend. Das Zimmer verfügte über große Glastüren und Fenster zur Straße, wodurch das Gefühl von Privatsphäre erheblich eingeschränkt war. Wir mussten die Vorhänge ständig geschlossen halten, da man uns von außen vollständig sehen konnte. Insgesamt entsprach dieses Zimmer überhaupt nicht den Fotos auf der Website des Hotels.
