1.0The day I left!
− It was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in! And the breakfast! Omg! The bacon was raw! The eggs were cold, the pancakes were the size of a 50 cent piece! Our room was GROSS! Want me to continue
If we ever get the opportunity to go back to Huntsville we will definitely be staying there again!!!
10.0The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Ms Betty in the breakfast area and Ms Brenda up front. They were both so helpful and always welcoming and warm with a smile. Ms Betty was always at the ready when my 5 year old grandson came down for breakfast. She was so patient and kind. He looked for her every morning and was disappointed when she wasn’t there our last morning. When asked if the pool water was cold Ms Brenda said she wasn’t sure but if my grandson needed a warm towel when he got out she would bring him one. She also agreed to race him when he told her he could run faster than her. He did win😂 We really had an amazing experience. The room was always fresh and clean with plenty of clean towels! The location was great with several places to eat without having to go far
− Nothing. The only thing I could possibly say was the bed was a little firm for my liking but that isn’t a big deal when everything else was so amazing! I did get a good nights sleep however!!
It was decent, but my back was hurting when I woke up and so was my wife’s
