10.0対応してくれたスタッフの方は皆親切でした。お風呂も清潔でのんびりすごせ、何回か入りました。タオルが脱衣所にもあればより快適。 高齢な両親と行ったため、和室は過ごしにくいかなと思いましたが予想以上に過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、周辺に歩いて行ける観光場所やアミューズメント的なところはほぼ無いため、ある程度札幌の中心街で遊んでから夕方以降にチェックインすると良いかもです。 チェックアウト後に周りのカフェやおみやげ屋さん見て回るのおすすめです。

10.0This was a very fun and relaxing place to stay for four nights. We were a group of six with ages ranging from 0-70, and all of us really enjoyed it. The meals were all delicious, and the onsen was really nice. The area around is beautiful, and the weather was relatively cool even in the August heat.

8.0駐車場担当の方がずっと誰かとイヤホンで会話をしていて入庫時も車の誘導をせずに会話されていたのが不快だった。（出庫時の対応された方は親切だった）チェックイン時の説明が早口でうまく聞き取れなかった。表情に笑顔がなくやや威圧感を感じた。（他のスタッフの方はそれなりに笑顔で対応されていた）そのため、チェックイン時の対応を普通としました。
