Vorsicht, uns wollten sie betrügen. Viel Ärger, Geld und einen Urlaubstag verloren.
1.0Das Superpro Samui als Gym macht optisch einen guten Eindruck. Für fortgeschrittene Kämpfer geht's aber glaube nicht ohne die Buchung von Einzeltrainings.
− Leider ein Betrug. Superpro Samui wollte uns über den Tisch ziehen. Meine Partnerin und ich, beide Kickboxer/Trainer, hatten das Superpro für eine Woche gebucht, um ein Minitrainingslager in unsere Reise einzubauen. Gute Zimmerkategorie, Meerblick, Badezimmer mit Trennwand, WLAN, usw. Geführt wurden wir in ein Zimmer in einem Hinterhof mit zerrissenen Vorhängen, einem dreckigen Bett mit Brandflecken von Zigaretten und Sekreten, schmutziger Bettwäsche, einer schimmligen Dusche in der Größe einer Abstellkammer und hinter den Vorhängen der Bick auf ein hässliches altes Welldach. WLAN gabs auch nicht. Dieses Zimmer war nicht bewohnbar! Auf Vorhalt bekamen wir die Antwort, dass das Zimmer auf den Bildern anderes aussieht, weil booking.com das so macht. Wir könnten es zwar ablehnen, aber Geld zurück gäbe es nicht. Als Entgegenkommen dürften zweimal den Pool kostenlos benutzen, der eigentlich im Angebot inklusive war. Für den wollten sie jetzt pro Stunde und Person 400 Bath. Habe dann auf das gebuchte Zimmer bestanden und die Frau meinte, dass es das nicht (mehr) gibt. Das sei ein ganz anders Gebäude. Wir wären im "alten Gebäude", weil Superpro Samui ausgebucht sei. Habe der Dame gesagt, dass wir sicher nicht in dem Zimmer bleiben werden. Darauf meinte sie nach meinem Eindruck süffisant, wir könnten ja versuchen jetzt am Abend noch etwas anderes auf Koh Samui zu finden. Als ich dann gesagt habe, dass ich es bei booking.com melden werde, meinte sie, dass ich das gerne machen soll. Die würden uns da auch nicht helfen. Gesagt, getan, auf eigene Kosten in London angerufen. Paar Minuten später war das Geld wieder auf meinem Konto und bei Superpro Samui liefen die Telefone heiß. Habe dann Lichtbilder vom Zimmer gemacht und an booking.com gesendet. Direkt danach war Superpro erstmal raus aus booking.com, der "Geschäftsführer" und ein "Investor" riefen an und booking.com war auch in der Leitung. Lasst euch nicht betrügen!
