2.0I called to confirm and was told the cabins were closed after I booked. So I did not get a cabin. I was surprised because when we drove to lake Chicot on Saturday cabins were being used. I was very disappointed. My boyfriend and I had to rent a hotel room instead.

2.0Check in was delayed 45 minutes because room wasn't clean yet. It was about 5:30. Upon getting into the room I discovered there was no blanket on the bed. They did bring one promptly. The next morning discovered no wash cloths, hand towels and shower towels only. Water pressure was terrible. Mattress was old.

2.0They lied said the cottage I had rented had flooded but was people staying in it tried to give me a twin bed cottage we didn’t stay went elsewhere the owner was rude rude also when I called him out on it
