Предупреждать о смежных номерах, о планируемых работах в бассейне. Сделать более разнообразное меню завтраков: добавить
5.0Большой бассейн на улице, ежедневная уборка, наличие зонтов в номере, также трансфер на пляж и в ближайший ТЦ. К тому же, нас заселили раньше в запланированного времени.
− Слышимость, смежная дверь между двумя номерами. Бассейн на последнем этаже, который не работал все время нашего отдыха. Нас об этом нигде и никто не предупредил

10.0On a tout aimé l’accueil, la prise en charge, l’établissement, l’emplacement, le confort, la propreté, le petit déjeuner, LE PERSONNEL incroyablement super quand nous avons quittés l’hôtel on a eu l’impression de quitter notre famille tellement le personnel est attachant surtout Ali Baba un monsieur en OR on recommande fortement cet établissement que vous soyez solo, en couple, en famille c’est l’endroit idéal pour séjourner
− On a pas aimé quand on a du quitter l’établissement!!! Tellement triste de partir mais bon revenir dans cet hôtel c’est une certitude car vous êtes comme à la maison entouré d’une famille

10.0The staff was very cooperative. The hotel was clean, and all necessary requirements were provided. The whole environment of the hotel was exceptionally good. Loved the experience and would highly recommend.

Chanalai Hillside Resort will be temporarily closing its rooftop pool for renovations from July 06-23, 2026. This decision has been made to enhance and improve the resort’s facilities and services.
