Selem ou3likoum, j'ai vraiment tous aimé, l'entrée principale est assez original, le palais en lui même est très soigné est classe . La chambre était parfaite , le petit salon et le genre de véranda entre les chambres j'adore, la piscine était juste ce qui fallait. Je remercie sincèrement le personnel entier pour l'accueil et pour la petite attention a notre couple. Je tien à vous remercier pour le surclassement de votre par , inchallah que dieu vous garde près lieu . Merci et j'espère a bientôt.

Over all wonderful experience,highly recommend

The most important was staff very helpful and courteous,property was well accessible to every attraction. Beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast. Reception staff and the property manager went put of way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.

− Food menu choices were too limited and cocktails were not even available.

Le lieu est beau et riche de son histoire.

− La chambre est mal entretenue. Il y avait un nid d'oiseaux dans la chambre (vidéo à l'appui). Les services proposés en ligne ne sont pas les bons. Le spa était fermé le dimanche de mon arrivée et lorsque j'ai demandé pour un soin on m'a répondu que le spa était finalement ouvert mais que la responsable était fatiguée.

Très bel établissement avec un excellent accueil et un personnel particulièrement disponible, aussi bien à la réception qu’au restaurant. Mention spéciale également à la gérante pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Le hammam a été un vrai moment de détente partagé avec ma sœur et ma fille — un grand merci à Zainab pour cette belle expérience, exceptionnelle du début à la fin.

− Petit bémol toutefois : les importants travaux à l’entrée de l’hôtel n’étaient pas signalés lors de la réservation, ce qui est regrettable. De plus, la piscine extérieure n’était pas chauffée, ce qui paraît difficilement acceptable pour un établissement 5 étoiles.
