− Het hotel viel mij behoorlijk tegen! De trappenhuis wordt niet goed schoongemaakt de leuningen zijn vies en plakkerig, de traplopers zijn vies. Dan de kamer is te klein voor 2 personen, overal lag stof, het bed is hèèl smal voor 2 volwassenen en je rolt naar elkaar toe. Zeer felle verlichtingsbuizen. Geen gordijnen of rolgordijn dus zodra het licht wordt kan je niet meer slapen. En receptionist is meestal weg, er hangt altijd een briefje aan de deur met de mededeling ben zo terug en telefoonnummer. Mede door dit hotel viel ons tripje behoorlijk tegen
Super Lage - Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig
7.0Die Lage und das einfache Ein- und Auschecken war sehr gut. Von dem Apartment ist man schnell in der Stadt und schnell in der O2 Arena.
− Leider war die Sauberkeit etwas Mangelhaft. Schmutzige Dusche, Kühlschrank, Flecken auf Kissen und ungeleerte Aschenbecher im Außenbereich, Spinnenweben überal.
2 statt 3 Betten, Lärm, schlechte Kommunikation, tägliche Belehrungen, schlechter Service.
1.0− Statt des gebuchten 3-Bett-Zimmers fanden wir ein 2-Bett-Zimmer vor. Offenbar kann man 3-Bett-Zimmer zwar explizit buchen, aber sie "können es nicht garantieren". Nach 2 sehr unangenehmen Nächten und viel Druck bekamen wir ein "wundervolles" 3-Bett-Zimmer im Keller, mit einem schmalen Kippfenster an der Decke und dem Charme einer Notfallaufnahme. Die Zimmer auf die Strasse hinaus sind sehr laut und haben Lamellenstoren, die bestenfalls als Sichtschutz dienen. Durch die Strassenbeleuchtung vor dem Haus sind die Zimmer auch nachts lichtdurchflutet. Die tägliche Nachricht dazu, was alles in den Zimmern "nicht erlaubt" ist, grenzt an Belästigung.

The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or late cancelation. The card will be pre-authorized 3 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all guests to have enough funds to cover.
The guest checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the reservation.
The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all nonrefundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.
The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. Nonrefundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have the reservation confirmed).
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises, and there is a GBP 100 penalty for violating this policy. A covered designated smoking area is available inside the building. No visitors are allowed between 22:00 and 08:00.
