bad experience ruined the first day of the trip
2.0− Very rude staff, asked to pay extra as we took half an hour long to vacate, and then he literally shouted at us, he kept mum when we took a video of him. Rooms were not very comfy, AC took hours to cool the room. overall bad experience

− Electricity broke in my room, I know there are renovations planned, these are desperate in areas. Bedrooms need updating, more clothes hangers needed. Better chairs for the balconies, need to recline.
