1.0المكان حلو من ناحية المساحات و حمامات السباحه فقط
− حجزنا فيلا برايفت تتكون من غرفتين بمبلغ وقدره وجداً غالي ولكن مافي خصوصية في الفيلا .. بسبب دخول رجل من الباب الخلفي من جهة المسبح وهذا لايليق بنا .. من ناحية النظافة لايوجد تنظيف ممتاز والفيلا جدا غير نظيفة من اول يوم دخول ويومياً لم يكون تنظيف جيد ولم يتم تغيير مفارش السرير يومياً بل المفارش نفس ما اهيا من اول يوم دخول .. بالمقابل احنا دافعين مبلغ جداً عالي على فيلا غير نظيفة وسيئة .. اتمنى يتم تغيير وتطوير في الفندق تجربة لا اكررها في فندق فيرمونت

− Le personnel qui s’adressait qu’à moi et pas mon compagnon. La mauvaise gestion du monde le matin lors du petit déjeuner. C’était long et les serveurs n’ont pas respecté la commande initiale.
