3.0This place had no AC working in three different room we were shuffled around to. No kidding it was over 80 degrees in our room. They would shift us to another room and it too would have no AC. HORRIBLE.
Fantastic little hotel in the heart of town
8.0Location and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was a small selection but of very high quality. Very quiet area.
− I would have liked to see a better selection of toiletries on offer, especially at the price point. The lack of hair conditioner being provided (just a two in one) was disappointing at the price point.
Breve week end Verona per L opera
9.0Palazzo storico, pieno centro (corso Borsari), vicino alle principali attrazioni . Stanza arredata con minuzia e frutto di una ristrutturazione di un palazzo storico ben riuscita. Piacevole il balconcino anche se piccolo. Dettagli artistici in tutti gli ambienti (camera, bagno, stanza colazione, salone..). Buona colazione , dolce e salata , direttamente in struttura. Il personale è stato gentile e cordiale , ha reso disponibile la mia stanza un ora prima del orario del check in, venendo incontro alla richiesta.
− Come spunto di miglioramento devo dire che in qualche occasione ho trovato il rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ sproporzionato considerando il servizio offerto. In camera non c’è una bottiglia d acqua (se non a pagamento..). In struttura è presente una macchinetta caffè/ tè (nel corridoio a disposizione di tutti) peccato che non vi siano tazze a disposizione (e dopo un certo orario non c’è ovviamente più nessuno a cui chiederle). Al check out speravo di poter lasciare i miei bagagli per qualche ora ma, ho scoperto che casualmente quel giorno non era possibile (mi è stato detto che di solito e possibile). Abbiamo risolto il disagio ma con mia ulteriore spesa e andando ad un deposito bagagli.. dato come si presenta la struttura esteticamente e il prezzo che si paga, mi sarei aspetta un servizio più attento. Concludo suggerendo un miglior risparmio energetico (in bagno termosifone acceso mentre fuori ci sono 40 gradi e il condizionatore impostato a 18! Capisco che può essere però un parere soggettivo).
