3.0La atención de las personas que atienden en el restaurante.
− En la aplicación había pagado la estancia de mi mascota y la volvieron a cobrar en el hotel, prácticamente no había agua en la regadera, las habitaciones huelen a humedad. El hotel en general está muy descuidado.

8.0El lugar es muy bonito, tiene excelentes paisajes y para descasar o para ir en pareja y disfrutar un fin de semana esta super bien.
− Yo fui con mis hijos de 10 y 8 años, el problema es que por la tarde no tenían una forma de distraerse ya que no cuentan con televisión las habitaciones ni wifi para conectar sus equipos.

10.0Hotel Rancho Viejo es el lugar ideal para desconectarse, para disfrutar de la naturaleza, de una buena caminata en el bosque, las habitaciones quedaron muy lindas después de la remodelación; el personal es súper amable, superan tus expectativas de servicio y amabilidad. Solo sugiero que agreguen más platillos en los dos menús (Desayuno y comida-cena) Regresaría un millón de veces más.
− Que el menú es un poco corto en opciones, pero el sabor es delicioso.

10.0Las instalaciones increíbles, me da la impresión que son bastante nuevas las cabañas. Lo que sí es que para llegar está complicado
− Hermoso, solo que si no vas propiamente a jugar golf te restringen ciertas zonas.
