An amazing hotel with a beautiful view of the Golden Horn! The atmosphere is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the breathtaking view. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

− Disappointing Experience – Great Location, Poor Service The only good thing about this hotel was its location. The service was disappointing, and the hotel seemed unwilling to provide even basic amenities. We were not given enough toilet paper and had to repeatedly ask for more. There was also no iron available for guests to use. When I called reception, I was told that they would not even bring an iron to the room and that the only option was to use their paid laundry service, which was available only from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The staff were not friendly or helpful, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, the hotel was not worth the money in terms of service and basic facilities. The location was the only positive aspect of our stay.

− My Review: A Very Disappointing Two-Week Stay My two-week stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I honestly regret choosing it. Despite paying a high price, I experienced poor service, uncomfortable rooms, a complete lack of working Wi-Fi, and a disappointing overall experience. Unfortunately, whenever I complained to the staff, nothing was done to resolve the issues. 1. Unbearably Hot Rooms and Terrible Soundproofing Let's start with the room. The air conditioning barely works, making the room feel like an oven. I had to keep the windows open just to get some fresh air. However, the windows are not soundproof, so you can hear all the noise from outside. Even worse, the walls are so thin that you can hear practically everything happening in the rooms next door and above you, including people walking around. There is absolutely no privacy. You can hear other guests, and they can hear you. On Saturdays, the situation becomes even worse because you can hear the DJ playing music until 1 a.m., even when your room is on a lower floor. Getting a good night's sleep is extremely difficult. 2. Nonfunctional Room Phone and Unhelpful Staff The phone in the room does not work, so if you need anything, you have to go downstairs to speak to the staff in person. Unfortunately, even that does not guarantee you will receive any help. I repeatedly asked for assistance, and the staff would promise that someone would come to help me, but nobody ever showed up. My complaints were simply ignored. If you are travelling alone, be prepared to deal with problems yourself because you cannot rely on the staff to help you. For a hotel charging such high prices, this level of service is completely unacceptable. 3. Poorly Designed Shower and Bathroom The shower has only a half-door, which does not prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom floor. After every shower, I had to deal with the mess myself.
