10.0The appartment was very clean and well maintained. All the essentials were there for a short stay for whole family of 4 people. The property also has accessibility to nearby shops and public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful.
− Everything was good. May be for future the host can include some tea/coffee/sugar sachets in the kitchen.

9.0Wystarczająco duży (apartament nr 2) dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Apartment czysty. Super kontakt z wynajmującym przez Whatsup (Pan Giacomo). Można podpytać o to co dla nas istotne i dostać wyczerpującą odpowiedź. Nie rozkładane łóżko w sypialnii wygodne. To rozkładane w pokoju dziennym już trochę mniej ale bez tragedii. Wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające. Łatwy dojazd do właściwej Wenecji, przystanek nieopodal kwatery (Cappuccino Brembo), autobusy 7, 7E i jeszcze chyba 8E i 12E. W pobliżu kilka dużych sklepów, blisko na tyle że średnie zakupy można przynieść a nie wozić. Parking płatny 10 Euro per dzień, drogi ale tuż koło kwatery i bardzo bezpieczny (zamykany bramą). Ogólnie dobre miejsce wypadowe do właściwej Wenecji.

10.0Uzavřené vlastní parkoviště. Majitel byl na telefonu, navedl nás jednosměrnými ulicemi přímo k ubytování. Poradil s dopravou po městě a Benátkách, jak autobusem, tak lodí. Doporučil restaurace, pizzerii, kavárnu.
