3.0The location is very close to Termini station
− The bathroom was dirty, hair found on the floor, everything quite smelly and old fashion. Shower not properly functional. Check-in was from 11:00, but at 11:45 the room was not ready. The receptionist was not speaking almost any English, nor Italian, difficult to communicate. I was asked to pay even if I already paid while booking.

7.0A localização é perfeita por estar próximo da estação Termini e a sensação de segurança que tivemos dentro do prédio, pois o acesso se dá por códigos PIN. Cama confortável e lençóis de boa qualidade. Apesar de ser uma área muito movimentada, o barulho não era constante
− As observações que temos a fazer são a respeito do banheiro: não tinha box, molhando todo ambiente na hora do banho; faltou um tapete na saída do banheiro para evitar que molhássemos o piso do quarto e por último, apesar do banheiro estar limpo quando fizemos o check-in, tinha um odor desagradável que permaneceu durante toda nossa permanência
