5.0테라스를 통한 전경이 좋았음
− 예약시 요청사항란에 엘리베이터에서 멀고 높은 층의 방을 부탁했으나 거절 당함. 암환자임 어머니를 모시고 가서 이렇게 부탁한건데…우리가 묵던날은 삼월이었고 평일이어서 투숙객도 아주 적었는데 실망스러워요.
막바지 겨울 속초 여행
8.0리모델링돼서 그런지 깔끔했어요.
− 방음문제가 좀 아쉽네요.

− 본관 밎 별관의편의시설 부족 워터피아에만집중되서아쉬움 특히별관은없음 오랜만에방문이었으나 그때나지금이나같았슴 전체맵또는 시설이용의설명이부족
