Probably won't return, but loved the town.

− Room seemed old front door stuck hard to open. Room needed refresh.
What a sad situation.
1.0The location was fine.
− There was virtually NO ONE on site. No staff. No security. One single car in the entire parking lot. The Welcome Center was locked and dark, at approximately 4:30 pm. We did not feel safe in such a situation. We looked at our room, but left immediately after that, and are in the process of requesting a complete refund.

10.0Wonderful spa. Family atmosphere. Staff bends over backwards to accommodate your needs. AMAZING fireworks show! Indoor pool was awesome. Grounds were clean and tidy. Live outdoor music & show! Nice pro shop at golf club.
− Give transition it's due time. It is under new management and the improvements are looking great, especially improving the golf course greens. We were there for vacay, but will return to play golf and use their conference center for a business training and golf weekend.
