I would give SeaGarden Beach Resort a 0/10. I booked my reservation on March 11 and received a confirmation from the resort. On June 4, I even received an email from the Reservations Manager, Felicia, confirming my reservation. After flying to Jamaica on July 6, I arrived at the resort only to be told that my reservation had been cancelled. When I asked to speak with someone in management, I was initially told there was no one available. A few moments later, a woman introduced herself and explained that my booking agent had been notified of the cancellation. I asked a simple question: If someone at the resort took the time to email me to confirm my reservation on June 4, why didn’t that same person email me when the reservation was cancelled? I had no idea at the time that the person standing in front of me was the same Reservations Manager who had sent the confirmation email. She handed me her business card and told me to contact her if I needed anything. Later that evening, when my booking agent was unable to reach the hotel to verify what had happened, I looked at her card and realized she was the very person who had previously emailed me. At no point did SeaGarden Beach Resort take responsibility for the situation. There was no apology, no meaningful explanation, and no effort to help resolve the problem—even though the issue originated with the resort. I was left stranded in a foreign country scrambling to find accommodations because the resort failed to communicate directly with me. This experience demonstrated a serious lack of accountability, professionalism, and compassion. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking this resort. Travelers deserve honest communication and management that takes responsibility when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Our wedding celebration at Seagarden Beach Resort on March 29, 2026 was nothing short of magical. From the moment we viewed the property, we were struck by its timeless beauty. The lush surroundings, breathtaking beauty of the main garden, stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere that felt both romantic and relaxing sold it for us. The ambience truly set the perfect tone for such a special occasion. We knew immediately that this was going to be our wedding venue. On the day of the event, what stood out just as much as the scenery was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and professional, ensuring that everyone felt welcomed and cared for throughout the entire experience. My husband and I do extend a special form of gratitude to Miss Kelly, the wedding planner, who was absolutely incredible. She stayed on top of every detail, kept everything running smoothly and made sure that our vision came to life perfectly. Her dedication, organization, and calm presence made all the difference, and we are so grateful to her and her amazing team for making our day so seamless and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate such an important milestone. We wholeheartedly recommend Seagarden Beach Resort to any couple looking for a beautiful location with outstanding service to host their wedding. It was truly a day we will cherish forever.

Room was okay but it was maintenance going on in the next door could not get any rest

The hotel would have been good value for money if they returned my £100 deposit I paid on the day of arrival. Despite several emails I have received no response! In addition, when I arrived for check in I had to wait over 1 hour before being allowed to check in to my room, as compensation they allowed a later check out.
