There was no explanation as to why I wasn’t allowed to check in. It was the worst experience because I was left confused
1.0They canceled my reservation the mone t I walked in a,d tie, me that they no longer will rent to me. Out me on some sort of lost me when I asked for an explanation yeh only answer I was given was -Nyah’s what my managers notes say and I have to follow directions. I asked to speak with the manqger who was on site but was more concerned with his break in the back then to address my concerns as to why Im Not allowed. he basivcally was at an ear shot of this conversation and chose to not even acknowledge the issue they created . Regardless they canceled my reservation. The room had been paid for and. I am requesting a full refund plus the new reservation at a different property that cost me time and more money.

− Tried calling office through out night no answer upstairs people were banging on the fooor all night I had to leave early air conditioning didn’t work well it was hot
