Its position on the front

− Dated and in need of a lick of paint in places. When asking for coffees in bar we’re told they would have to start the coffee machine and would take at least 10 minutes. Breakfast just like warm. Bedding very tatty.

Really good accommodation in a lovely location.

The hotel is in a good location right on the promenade. It has a cosy bar and a comfortable lounge with sea views. I would recommend this hotel.

− The lift can be a bit restrictive if you have disabilities but it’s not impossible to find ways round the issue.

Ideally situated hotel. Staff were very friendly.

− On arrival there was an odour of sweat in the corridor which was made by a dirty vacuum filter that was being used. The hotel needs updating. Had the twin room with sea view. Pillows flat, mattress fairly comfortable but had bottomed out slightly, so dipped in the middle. Room needs a fresh coat of paint and damp on walls near window needs repair. Small corner shower is aged and doors not closing completely. Second time staying at hotel. Breakfast was good, but cooked food not always hot, just warm.

My husband and I loved the seafront location and the front bay window sea view room. The bedroom was roomy. The fan was a bonus it being so warm when we were there. The windows were spotless. A first in all our stays, over the years, in Llandudno! :) The breakfast was great quality and was topped up with fresh bacon, eggs, beans etc etc regulary. I.E Rather than filling the hot dishes to the brim and left to go cold and greasy like a lot of places do. The breakfast staff were very attentive and cleared plates away quickly. They also were quick to brush up spillages around tables that customers/ chuldren had dropped. All in all a very clean and pleasant hotel.

− There was some noise from a youngster running backwards and fowards in the room above us. This happened from around 6am, waking us up on the first morning. However, the manager was kind anough to have a word with the occupants of the room and we didn't have any further problems.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Llandudno, it is conveniently located and is dog friendly!

Friendly staff, hotel provided us with a baby cot and our dog was warmly welcomed at the hotel. The location is great with a lot of parking options (hotel parking or street parking by the beach). We were happy to explore Llandudno from there!

− The breakfast options were standard.
