8.0Very Nice rooms, good enough breakfast Good cleaning and very pleasant space outside the rooms !!AC works wonderful wich is very important in August... in Rome...!! !We were very nicely welcomed by Maria , She was 5* and a force of nature! 😊 Please be attentive about your check in time, you have to be very acurate about it so youcan have someone waiting for you Location is amazing for family vacation: bus very close to bus (via Veneto) and metro in Barberine, my Daughter is nine and it was all só very easy on her . Very Nice walk to praça de spagna and fonte de trevi ant The panteon! Note: A very charming LIFT! I Loved it Overall: amazing time in Rome in a very Nice family budget!

9.0Perfect location and good price for a short trip to Rome! The host Maria was very nice. We received a very warm welcome, and throughout our stay she accomodated all of our requests.
