10.0El personal es muy servicial. Su atención es mucho más que cortesía a un cliente. Nos recomendaron visitas a museos no tan turisticos y muy hermosos. Realmente nos hicieron disfrutar y querer Roma.
− No hubo nada que no me gustara. No tuvimos ningun problema y nos ayudaron en cada cosa que necesitamos. Hasta nos acompañaron al taxi para asegurarse que nos lleve al destino que deseabamos.

10.0Las instalaciones muy lindas, buena limpieza y lo principal a destacar, la amabilidad de los anfitriones. Super atentos y siempre te ofrecen agua, café, lo que necesites. Me sentí muy cómoda.
− Nada en realidad. La habitación quizás era un poco pequeña pero es ideal para estadía de vacaciones. No se necesita mucho más.
