− Shower was broken, the room was next to a bus station which was noisy all night and in the morning. Blind was broken in the room and the owner refused to help fix it. Couldn’t watch the TV because the bracket was an angle you could only watch from the bathroom Floor was dirty, walls had mold on them and the place needed a good clean.

Location, Nothing else

− Filth on walls. check in codes were wrong and had to ring through to a different hotel check in desk 4/5 numbers for the hotel didn't work. broken blind in bedroom stuck open and tied into knot so couldn't change it, also broken mouldy blind in toilet and bed divan was broken. All in all a terrible hotel experience. every aspect of our stay was regrettable, we left as soon as we were able to in the morning. i would never stay here again.

Only for emergencies.

Staff was nice and helpful when I arrived a little early because of a appointment I had. The bedsheets looked good and clean.

− The entrance is horrible if you have big luggage. Narrow iron stairs. The rooms are old and dirty, as in desperate need of a paint job and renewal of windows and things. Smell not as bad as I expected from other reviews. I don't know how the bed was, I did not sleep there as I had a super early flight home so I left around 1am to have some air because of a heatwave. I was waiting for my taxi to come at 2am outside, under the iron staircase. There's a nice area to sit down, probably a backyard for the pub downstairs. (No noise came from the pub and seemed to have been closed that night) As I'm sitting there waiting and scrolling on my phone I regularly hear a water sound coming down a drain and ending up splashing on the ground about 3m away. I thought; what is that leak?..... stood up to check, found the drain and below it on the ground was a used tampon, realizing that it was flushed toilet water coming down the drain and splashing on the floor and leaking down a drain there!!! What!!!! Absolutely mind-blowing 🤢

− At the booking it said there is a parking place coming with the reservation, but the hotel did not had a carpark, had to find something local for extra cost. Did not had email or sms text message with the entry details like room number, code to the room, etc. (Wasn't just me, other people who had reservation the same day couldn't access to their room either.) Finally after trying to call 4 different phone number, someone called me back and was able to get in to the room. The toilet was very dirty and the toilet seat was broken and the shower and the sink was dirty too. I had to clean myself if I wanted to use. The bed had a very old mattress with broken wires, was very uncomfortable. The room looked like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Overall it wasn't a good experience.
