3.0Je weet dat je niet veel bijzonders boekt als je voor deze prijs overnacht. Maar hier kan ik niks positiefs over zeggen.
− De kamers stinken enorm van de luchtverfrisser die op vaste tijden zn goedje naar binnen spuit. Daarnaast had ik per ongeluk een dubbele boeking via booking.com. Het hotel weigert het geld terug te storten en reageren nergens op. Ronduit schandalig.

9.0De grootte van de kamer met aansluitend een prima badkamer met douche en toilet. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijk bed. Flesjes water op de kamer. Prima wifi.

1.0La buena conexión del internet. Las camas cómodas
− Le falta capacitación al personal sobre como dar servicio y atención al cliente (hospitalidad.) No saludaban a menos que primero lo hiciéramos. No daban indicaciones, se les preguntaba y entonces daban respuesta. Nos abrieron el cuarto a la 1.30 de la madrugada (era personal ya que tenía llave) en medio de la madrugada se disculpó y cerró. Solo nos quedamos por una noche a descansar ya que salíamos muy temprano al aeropuerto. No quisimos hacer mas grande el reclamo ya que veníamos cansados. Se le notificó a la recamarista de la mañana. Una sola toalla para una habitación doble con tres personas adultas y un niño.
