Not awful, but I prefer more peace and quiet.
7.0Location was great. The dinner events and shows provided plenty of options, and the buffet breakfast was also very good. Concierge service was good value and reliable
− The jugs provided for drinking water is a great idea but the dispenser kept dropping white gross stuff into the water and i had to walk to the other end of the hall to get clean water. Other guests kept slamming doors at all hours of the day and night and being very inconsiderate. Our lock box was on low battery when we arrived and you could hear the motors struggling to close the locks. I had to ask twice to have the batteries replaced, which also meant I had to wait around in the hotel room for over an hour waiting for three different people to change some batteries while being told it'll only take 5 minutes.
Overall it was a lovely stay.
8.0The location. We had a pool room which as lovely and separated from the main pool area by a hedge so it gave us some privacy.
− They tell you there is a shuttle which goes to Icon Plaza on the hour. What they don’t tell you is if there is no-one to take to the shopping centre they don’t run the shuttle. I found that out the hard way when I rang the hotel after waiting for 30mins for the shuttle to take me back to the hotel.
good location, nice and clean
7.0large pool and very clean water. Was relatively quiet considering the amount of children there.
− Not enough pool lounges and no one to sit if they are all full.
