10.0ROOMS: spacious and clean. Good-size bathroom, comfortable bed, balcony. Every room is equipped with a safe, fridge, bathrobes and slippers. Vanity kit is upon request. LOCATION: next to the lift to mountains, 45min drive from the airport. There are a lot of different restaurants nearby. FOOD: good breakfast included. There is restaurant on site, where you order smth with a help of room service. Dishes are good, prices as well. FACILITIES: good wi-fi, spa, small store with snacks and soda in a reception area. Ice upon request. STAFF: polite and friendly

10.0This chain 4* hotel is located in the mountain village of Esto-Sadok on Krasnaya Polyana near the beginning of the cable car station 540. For the period of stay, you can climb one station up to 960. Around a large number of cafes and restaurants. There is a large underground car park. The spa area must be booked in advance. Good size room with comfortable bed and large LCD TV. There is an additional sofa and a table with a chair. In the bathroom - two sets of three towels + towels on the floor, good cosmetics - shampoo, shower gel, body milk, soap and shower caps. A good breakfast - vegetables and fruits, meat and cheese cuts, egg porridge, stew or turkey, sausages, there are pastries. One of the best breakfasts I've seen in 4* hotels lately. You can stay with pets here! In general, an excellent hotel in Krasnaya Polyana.

10.0I spent 10days in this hotel in July 2021 and I should say my stay was great. Fantastic location, everything is very near, cable car is in front of the hotel and it's free for the hotel guests.The staff at this property are all great! Totally recommend!
