7.0Perfectly located for King’s Cross. Loved the touches of the little goodies in the fridge. Staff super welcoming and helpful
− Only minor issue was the window and shutters didn’t close all the way (room 10 - I forgot to mention as I left) weather was fine so didn’t cause any issue but might be more of a problem in winter

8.0I loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the size of the rooms.
− The facilities are in need of a bit of a loving refurbishment. Especially the bathroom and the bed and the carpets. I love the themed rooms though yet assume it’s harder to maintain.

8.0Heerlijk bed, goede douche, super aardig en behulpzaam personeel, iedere dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, je eigen, rustige plekje in London, alsof je er woont, op super handige locatie vlakbij King's Cross. Ontbijtservice. Eigen koelkastje, en eigen koffie/thee kunnen zetten.
− Maar 1 klein wastafeltje, klein appartementje, maar dat schijnt overal in London zo te zijn.

4.0Staff were nice and location close to Euston. Complimentary bottle prosecco on arrival. They looked after our bags while we went into city.
− Basement bedroom, pretty dark and dingy. The bathroom was a plastic corner unit but power shower was hot. Bathroom light not working when we got into room but maintenance fixed while we were out. One double bed was against a wall. The glass door onto a patio looked straight into another bedroom. TV was in a wall that didn’t face the beds. Noisy aircon unit.

6.0L'accueil chaleureux du personnel. La possibilité de laisser en bagagerie à l'arrivée et au départ. La petite attention pour le cassé croûte et du thé le matin.
− La propreté (multiples tâches de sang sur le drap qui est posé sur le surmatelas, matelas jaunit et ancien datant de 2008 et trace étrange sur le côté du toilette).
