10.0人員的服務態度，真的完全超過100分，很親切也很即時，沒有因為語言隔閡而產生問題。 原先有請飯店幫忙叫計程車，但因時間過於匆忙改成Uber，飯店人員還協助去電給餐廳表示我們遇到困難導致會延誤訂位時間，請餐廳協助延長等候時間。

Amazing staff great hotel
8.0Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff was respectful, helpful and really nice. They responded very quickly to my emails once I landed and arranged a taxi within minutes for me to get to the hotel from the airport. The food was good. The location is great, only few minute walk from American village which has tones of restaurants. You can rent a bike just in front of the hotel or everything is walking distance. Had access to beach towels in a bag for me to take to the beach as there is only pools at the hotel.
