1.0Customer service was horrible the lady at the front seat and titled and so rude we didn't end up staying there we ended up leaving so I lost my $100 deposit

6.0The pool and location. Have stayed here before , a year ago. Love that check out is 11 am . The bar and lounge open and inviting .
− The first room smelled like sewer. I was switched to another room which was Much better . Grateful staff was accommodating. Didn’t smell. The floor though , I showered and walked around my room only. My feet were black and dirty, the floor wasn’t mopped. The AC could not be lowered-to turn it off I unplugged it . The arrows to change the temp didn’t work It was freezing all night .
