10.0The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy. There is an onsite area to get a taxi but highly recommend renting a jeep to get around the island. About 8 min drive to Cruz bay with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just be aware September to November a lot of restaurants and businesses shut down on the island. But it is still a great time to go because it is not busy at all! Very relaxing

6.0Room was clean, but we didn't have t.V for a few days or patio furniture and they were painting out in the hallway and left equipment laying everywhere.There was wet paint no signs, but it was a great experience.And it was very relaxing there.Our room just didn't get checked out before they moved us in
