8.0Boa localização. O quarto que fiquei, superior, o 1504, muito bom. Boa cama, roupa de cama de qualidade, espaçoso.
− O café da manhã pode ser melhor, com opções de melhor qualidade, como os sucos e o café. Mas não compromete a estadia. Se for para ser chato, o Hall é tímido para a categoria do hotel, mas também não compromete. Se voltar a BH me hospedo de novo nesse hotel.

8.0Cheguei antes do horário do check in e para que pudesse me acomodar, gentilmente me deram um upgrade de quarto. A equipe que trabalha no hotel é extremamente cordial e prestativa.
− A academia deixa a desejar em tamanho e disponibilidade de aparelhos, então precisei frequentar uma academia externa. Uma sugestão seria, em uma eventual reforma, ampliar o espaço fitness.
