2.0− Our stay was unfortunately affected by several significant issues. The biggest problem was access to the building. We were later told that we had a key to the main entrance and that the front-door buzzer was working. In reality, we were never informed that one of the keys hanging inside was for the main entrance, and there was no sign or instruction explaining what the keys were for or that guests should take one with them. More importantly, the front-door buzzer did not work overnight. We actually saw it being repaired the following day. Because of this, I was locked out in the middle of the night and unable to get back into the property. I called the main number for the accommodation that appeared in a Google search, but there was no answer. By around 1:30 a.m., I had left the entrance and gone to a safer, staffed 24-hour café rather than remain outside alone, so I did not see or use the additional number posted outside the door. The situation left me awake for most of the night and exhausted the following day, which affected the plans we had made. We were also disappointed with the air conditioning. Although the property is advertised as air-conditioned, very little cool air came from the system and the room remained uncomfortably warm for much of our stay. What was most frustrating was the response afterward. Rather than acknowledging the access problem, the property denied responsibility, despite the fact that the buzzer was being repaired the next day. The location may work well for some travellers, but based on our experience, clearer access instructions, a reliable after-hours contact system, and properly functioning air conditioning are needed.

10.0Muy bien ubicado en el barrio trastevere cercano a los sitios para cenar. Muy comodas las camas, aire acondicionado perfecto. El anfitrion dejo snacks y cafe, aguas de cortesia. Comedor comun para todas las habitaciones super equipado
