9.0De locatie van het hotel was prima, het hotel had een centrale ligging en was vlak bij de bus- en metrohaltes.
− De communicatie met de eigenaar was helaas niet helemaal optimaal. Vooral bij het inchecken liep het niet soepel. Er was niemand aanwezig en de deur was gesloten. Dankzij de hulp van andere mensen konden we uiteindelijk naar binnen. Pas nadat ik had gebeld, kregen we de informatie die nodig was voor het inchecken. Ook tijdens ons verblijf was de communicatie beperkt. We hadden vragen over de toeristenbelasting en hebben hierover meerdere berichten gestuurd, maar hier hebben we helaas geen antwoord op ontvangen. Dat maakte het soms onduidelijk wat we moesten doen en waar we aan toe waren.

9.0Tutto: camera spaziosissima, bagno comodo, stanza silenziosa. Il tutto a due passi dalla fermata San Giovanni della metro A (e dalla meravigliosa Basilica), in una zona bella, tranquilla e molto ben servita.
− Nulla. Solo, se fosse possibile, includere la colazione - anche in qualche bar della zona.
