Warm and Welcoming.. Lovely accommodation to start a Rome experience

Bel établissement, bien situé mais accueil épouvantable et petit-déjeuner très restreint

− L'accueil épouvantable de la propriétaire qui n'a pas voulu me donner un 2e oeuf pour le petit-déjeuner lequel était très limité. Elle m'a fait payer 2 fois la taxes de séjour. Arnaque ? A refusé de m'expliquer les restrictions de circulation dans Rome alors que j'étais en voiture et que je m'inquiétais pour mon stationnement. La personne très mal aimable et méprisante m'a fait prendre 2 fois l'ascenseur avec mes bagages quand j'ai découvert qu'une autre personne de l'immeuble les attendait au rez-de-chaussée pour avoir de l'argent. J'avais qu'une peur après mon premier voyage, c'est qu'on me vole mon 1er gros bagage alors que je me rendais à une cérémonie à 2 heures de Rome en voiture. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement bien que très agréable et bien situé. Propriétaire infecte même si, son fils, apparemment moins présent, semble plus gentil.

8.0Personnel d'une grande gentillesse. Emplacement au top au centre de Rome, à quelques minutes du métro. Nous étions arrivés le matin pour déposer nos bagages et comme la chambre était deja prête ils nous ont permis d'y accéder aussitôt.
− Chambre moins cosy que les photos ne laissaient y paraître. Petit dejeuner sommaire : un croissant, une boisson chaude et un jus (servi en Chambre).
