booking wasnt what I booked.

− The booking I made was for a work trip. I booked 3 rooms with double beds in each room as people are staying with one another. Got there checked in and got room keys walked up and every room was king beds. That wont work. Co workers dont want to share a bed that is why I booked what I booked. Walked back down told them that is not what I booked and needed two beds per room and they said we dont have any available we will cancel your reservation I was then stuck hours away with no hotel. They have yet to refund me also. Paying $700 for a booking that was not correct that never got used is unacceptable
