− Better insulation would have been great as it's a noisy neighbourhood (as normal in downtown).

10.0I have never met a staff member more helpful and kind than Barbara in reception. She communicated several times with me enroute and gave me excellent directions to the hotel. She helped me to my room and honoured my request for a lower floor room. Never before have I been what’s apples a recommend list of activities and restaurants. It was so lovely to be treated so kindly.
