6.0location, second time staying but most likely the last time.
− We stayed last year booked on booking.com and had the 9th floor with both rooms right next to each other. This year did the same stating need to be on a highest floor possible with both rooms as close together as possible. Instead we get somewhat of an attitude by staff for even using booking.com and then we get rooms on different floors for nearly 6 grand. We have a special needs child so this made it unpleasant out of the gate. Then staff used another credit card why I don't know putting thousand of dollars on hold on another credit card. Yeah......last time.
