An excellent couple of nights.
8.0Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized room with comfortable bed. At night it was very quiet and no light intrusion into room.

Wonderful place to stay with good VFM
9.0Value for money was exceptional. Lovely quiet area, and very comfortable room. The food was very good quality. The carvery was amazing as was the breakfast the following morning. There was a nice relaxed feel about the whole place.
− Only small mention is the bathroom was a little tired and could do with a freshen up. Plus, the water pressure of the shower was extreme and difficult to manage adequately. Having said that, my back received a very good massage. But, this is just an observation.

Enjoyed our three night stay, and made a note to return as a lovely area for casuall walking.
9.0Clean and comfortable, very nice evening meal and good breakfasts, if anything to much choice!easy access to come and go as we pleased.
− One niggle bathroom ceiling had mould which let the room down Shame there didn’t seem to be any walks from the property to avoid using the car, but good walk fairly close by.

− It met all requirements. It would have been good if drinking water had been provided in addition to tea/ coffee.
