6.0We found hotel quite expensive for what it is, and in need of a facelift. Lounge area was not very inviting and furniture had seen better days. The staircase up to rooms is a challenge if you have a large case or not great on your feet. Although the room was clean it was very small, ok if on a short stay but wouldn't like to be in it for much longer. Breakfast was good and made to order. Staff were very welcoming, there is parking but it is limited especially if hotel full. Location is ok near to the centre and to the sea front and on direct tram route into Blackpool.
