The breakfast was lovely.

It was cold at dinner time. We were seated at an outer table. The 2 gas heaters were placed in the centre where the guests were already in a warmer position. The outside fire was not lit until dinner had concluded and only a token amount of wood placed on it. At another place we stayed at, they also had an enclosed option, and lit a generous open wood fire early, when patrons were having drinks. Not only was it warmer but created an inviting atmosphere. Possibly something to consider. I appreciate "sleeping in a tent experience" but being cold at dinner was not enjoyable. I was wearing a jumper and vest. The staff were very attentive.

Friendly, thoughtful, and competent staff. The quality of the food and availability of coffee through the day.

Keep doing the same. If it is not broken, don't fix it.

Food, location and staff were excellent. The safari tents were the best we have experienced.

It would be better to stay longer!

Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location?
