1.0− Dirty property Bug everywhere people smoke cigarettes in the hallway bartroom dirty bed look like never cleaned room have dust every where smelled stinky

− Room wasnt ready after 3pm. No one was working in the office and when I rang for them it took them 30 min to come down. Had to wait another 30 min to be checked in and then I was told my room wasnt ready. Property is riddled with trash and homeless people loitering.

− Floor made my feet black, freeway was very loud, construction next door started earlier than 7, no cup for water, bed not very comfortable

− Front desk told me He will get me a room with a microwave. Gave me a room key and do not have one in my room.
