Great stay! Would definitely recommend
9.0The staff messaged every day asking if we needed anything so they were super responsive. Everything was clean and worked well, and the housekeeper cleaned our trash when requested.
− More of a recommendation than anything but would be great if they had more hooks for towels (only 2 hooks and we were using 4 towels). Also we arrived earlier than check in, and wanted to drop off our bags, there were no lockers or reception staff since its all electronic, so we were told to leave our luggage under the marble front desk.

− L'accès à la chambre a connu quelques obstacles, heureusement vite résolus par le personnel au téléphone. Le store de la partie salon était cassé et bloqué en position fermée. Dommage pour le prix de ne pouvoir profiter de la lumière naturelle de cette grande fenêtre.

9.0We love this hotel. We stayed in another unit in February for 3 nights. We just stayed for a night in July, and will be staying again in a few days.
− Our only feedback was the bed in the room we stayed in has aged. I think it needs replacing. Our first room had no issues.
Very good well-situated apartment but would not use again because of entry problems.
7.0I'm OK with self-entry.
− The online web-based app didn't work properly. Almost every time I used it I had to select unlock a number of times before it work. This was for the front door and the room door. It would be much better if a key code was also provided. There are key pads but I didn't have a code for them. This also meant that my wife could not gain entry and access by herself because she didn't have a suitable phone. This is a pity because, otherwise, we liked the place.

Please note that a deposit is automatically taken when the reservation is confirmed. This deposit is equivalent to the first night and is refundable if the reservation is canceled within the cancellation policy. The rest of the payment will be taken 2 days before the arrival.
