2.0Worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. They failed to follow the payment schedule so we had to contact hotels.com and as that took a while they locked all my personal items in the room and denied me access to it. My child asked to enter to have her medicine and reception said no you can't tell your parents to sort it!! The kids pool is unsafe. Theres no kids on the slides the reason is because they dont land in water but on the blue floor which causes burns on their skin as is it fast. The pool wasnt cleaned overnight. The food is disgusting. There are no labels that indicate what has nuts in and what doesn't. Very bad quality hotel very rude staff aggressive and impolite.

10.0Excellent stay at a wonderful resort! Highly recommend to families with little children. The splash park is a unique experience for the kids. The menu and the food in general was exquisite! Great coffee. Rooms and hotel areas where clean and comfortable.
