− TV broken, lights broken, no ice, front manager had no answers and hid in back room

Dirty and run down.
1.0The lady at the front was nice.
− Extremely dirty floors and room in general. A/C barely worked. Broken shower floor. Really doesn’t look like the room even gets cleaned. It stinks.

− The shower did not work,no hot water. Upon checking out clerk stated she knew shower did not work but did not do anything to else but state they were supposed to change the room before we checked in.
Great customer service Angie at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful!
