8.0Room was clean, short distance to Roma termini, good working air conditioning, has a safe, area not too loud, there's a lift but rooms were 1 floor above so not really necessary. Area is generally safe and close to majoy sightseeing spots. Check out staff was present and nice.
− The check in was uncoordinated and unclear. We tried calling the person in charge and never got back. Good thing someone had to enter the building and we got in.
