8.0The room itself was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The tv was working, but the screen was going bad. It had 8 white spots that made the screen blurry and hard to see. The room was quiet, and the shower water was very hot. It is off a major street, so there are some restaurants nearby. I would stay there again for the affordable price.
