6.0Não gostei do quarto atribuído (segundo andar), lado cidade. Tv muito pequena e num ângulo desfavorável à posição da cama o que afeta a qualidade de visualização e imagem. A água quente leva muito tempo a aquecer. Deduzo que será um problema generalizado nos quartos do segundo andar. Ar Condicionado liga mas não funcionou. Vou equacionar uma próxima vez este hotel pois nas anteriores estadias fiquei muito satisfeita no entanto, se a experiência voltar a ser apenas satisfatória, provavelmente não regresso. Pequeno almoço mantém a qualidade para a categoria do hotel. Staff, mantém a simpatia e disponibilidade de sempre.
