Nice but communication was bad
8.0I liked that there was a garden tub. The room was very room & comfortable.
− The biggest down fall was that the workers didn't speak English. So was difficult to communicate that we needed clean towels. And the 1 day we asked to have the room cared for. We expected clean sheets but they just made the bed. We was there multiple days. Also the days we decided to eat breakfast when we got down there there wasn't anything left. We was down there by 0630 so was shocked. Yes there was cereal & breads but those are things I cannot eat.
The value, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, and experience were excellent.
10.0Loved the location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the room was very clean. We are from NC, and if we ever come back to this area we will definitely book again. Good value, and a very good overall experience.
