10.0An excellent location in Kona making it easy to access many nearby attractions by not having to drive very far. The pool was also nice.

7.0− Front desk staff was not friendly or in any kind of hurry. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come up. We stored our baggage at checkout and that took another 20 minutes to retrieve. Also no other guests in line or in site. Rooms were surface clean but hair all over the place. Trash under the bed. The pull out bed is gross and unusable.

10.0The location and the comfort of the room was great. The complementary breakfast was also awesome.
− Probably the only thing I didn’t like about it was the birds that were flying around while we were eating breakfast and eating off our plates lol
